Reflex Design & Technology is seeking an Art Director to join a small and very talented team focused on developing brand right, digital marketing and communications solutions for our clients. The Art Director (AD) is primarily responsible for creative ownership and leadership across a wide range of digital communications projects for our client roster and for the mentorship and guidance of the Reflex design team from concept creation through design execution. The AD must have a strong passion for digital design and interactive media and will work collaboratively with Account Service and Technology team partners to ensure that our creative approach, execution and deliverables specifically meet the client’s goals and objectives. The AD will actively participate in and help craft the creation of Reflex’s digital marketing strategies and will need to have a strong grasp of as well as be able to contribute to our user experience design solutions. The AD will play a significant role in helping to guide our digital design solutions and will need to be able to effectively and engagingly communicate those solutions to both our clients as well as to internal partners.
